The internet was shocked after an identical twin used her sister’s surname for her OnlyFans account.
Posted in reddit‘sr/AmITheA** hole forum, a woman under the anonymous username u/onlytwinsthown shared her story to receive feedback from the ‘AITA’ forum. The popular post has more than 11,000 upvotes and 2,000 comments.
The original poster (OP) began her story by explaining that she had an identical twin sister and their relationship could be described as “hustle” and “competitive”. The OP said they fought over boys, clothes, friends and other things.
Recently, a mutual friend sent the OP a link to the OnlyFans account.
“I clicked on the link and was shocked to find out that the profile belonged to my twin sister. Very obviously the profile picture was a scantly exposed picture of her and the username was the nickname literally everyone in my life used. I asked a friend about it and he told me he discovered the file Profile through Twitter and then subscribe to the profile, which included dozens of videos of her doing…hot stuff to say the least, solo and with partners, all with her showing face.
“I was complacent and, in a fit of anger, showed the profile to our parents. I mean…literally anyone who saw that profile who knew us would immediately assume it was me considering it was basically working under my name. Our parents forced her to delete the profile and she hasn’t spoken to me since Then, claiming that I had not only corrupted her main source of income, but also betrayed her trust. However, I believe she betrayed my trust by going in the name of my nickname,” he concluded.

“[You’re the a**hole]. You have used your identity for profit. She’s lucky you just told your parents, instead of suing her,” wrote u/SirMittensOfTheHill, receiving the top comment of over 13,000 upvotes.
“[Not the a**hole]. What kind of piercing ** uses the name of their twins for fans only??? It baffles me why someone would do this hole-punch move,” shouted u/shrink-ray2333.
U/solo_throwaway254247 commented, “If she was serious and proud of it as a source of income, she would have used her own surname, not yours. Or even picked a random name. Of all the names we have in this world, she decided to use yours, knowing that people would think you were.” I think she wanted to kill two birds with one stone, earn some money, and spoil your reputation in the process. [Not the a**hole]. “
“Her income was ruined, she was pretending to be you. At the end of the day, it was your representative who was damaged. You did the right thing, you protected yourself,” said u/Appartment_Look974.
“[Not the a**hole]. She is fortunate that you have not taken any legal action against her for knowingly posting nsfw content pretending to be you. Although I would definitely have taken legal action against her, whether she was a twin or not, she could have ruined your whole life by doing this,” u/Cowboybepopop explained.
