What is known so far: there DiaryIt appears to have been completed, and previous reports indicate Harry’s desire to rewrite parts of it, and possibly delay publication, in light of Queen Elizabeth’s death.
But in the palace, anxiety reigns over the ‘devastating revelation’ the book might contain – more King CharlesParenting or other things unknown.
King’s friend . said mail on sundayThe question inside the palace: Can the book be stopped? It may be that even Harry can’t stop him at this point, but the feeling is that there is no point in expressing grievances in public.”
“It is expected that lawyers for the royal family at Harbottle and Lewis will be on standby to read the book when it is released,” the paper adds.
What’s also unknown is what Harry’s nearly $40 million, three-title deal with publisher Penguin Random House allows or doesn’t allow him to do editorially when it comes to ordering and implementing changes.
Get to know the new “Fab Four”
No, this is not another act of honoring the Blues Brothers. The photo shows Queen Consort Camilla, King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton the night before Queen Elizabeth’s funeral before they hosted leaders of several countries at Buckingham Palace.
mail on sunday Christens The new ‘Fab Four’ set – a nod to the royal nickname given to William, Kate, Harry and Meghan Markle when all four got together, giving laughing press conferences about the work they did together.
Buckingham Palace released the photo – also the first official portrait of King Charles III with his consort Queen Camilla – late on Saturday night. Behind them is a portrait of King George III, the longest-reigning monarch in British history. His looming presence means the image contains three Princes of Wales.
A source in the palace said Mail The photograph was intended to record a particularly “historic moment” of the family.
But then the picture was spread to the wider world. So, obviously, regardless of its original intent, its public display certainly underscores who King Charles considers the core of the family henceforth.
Note who is not in the photo – no one else. The event at the Palace may have been for “working royals” only, but there are some ruthless platitudes in making this supposedly private picture to the public of how Charles sees his “diluted” monarchy progressing, who gets in and who gets out.
King Charles: In search of a purpose
When British Prime Minister Liz Truss King Charles was strictly forbidden to attendSpeaking at the COP27 Climate Change Summit in Egypt, she highlighted a major new tension in Charles’ life: Could he really be the king who says nothing about the things he passionately cares about.
“The decision is likely to inflame tensions between the new prime minister and the new monarch, although a Downing Street source claimed the public was friendly and there was no quarrel.” The Sunday times reports.
“It is no mystery that the king was invited to go there. He had to think carefully about the steps to take on his first overseas tour, and Cop wouldn’t be attending.“

A senior royal source told the newspaper, “It is no mystery that the King was invited to go there. He had to think carefully about the steps to be taken on his first foreign tour, and Cope would not attend.” The decision was made “in the spirit of being always careful that he acted on the advice of the Government”.
Where exactly does that leave Charles? If the Queen is known to have never expressed her views publicly, her son has spent a life – even becoming king – feeling free to do so specifically. In his first address to the people as King after his mother’s death, Charles said: “My life will of course change as I take on my new responsibilities. It is no longer possible for me to give so much of my time and energies to charities and causes that I care so deeply…”
palace source . said mail on sunday: “His Majesty the King will build on the points he has made to the nation: Now that the mourning period is over, he will support diversity, strengthen community spirit, and protect the space of those who believe and those without. He understands that, as King, his interests and passions will continue but…some of his obligations The former will now continue in the hands of others who are trusted.”

Charles still didn’t tell Harry and Meghan about their baby nicknames
King Charles has yet to decide whether the children of Archie, Lillibet, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can use their prince and princess titles, “raising tensions” between the palace and the Sussexes, The Sunday times Reports.
“Harry and Meghan are understood to fear that the King may strip Archie and Lielipt of their titles, after his immediate reluctance to recognize their prestige following the Queen’s death” – the paper noted that while Prince William and Kate Middleton’s new titles were updated immediately on the Princess of Wales website Royal family, Archie and Lilibet are still listed as “Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor and Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor.”
A royal source told times: “For [Buckingham Palace] Not making these changes indicates that something is broken. Why not change everything and do it in that moment? “
A brief discussion that occurred between Harry and Charles after the Queen’s death left the matter unresolved. “Harry is understood to have expressed a desire to allow his children to decide when they grow up, and emphasized that this would only be possible if they were allowed to retain their titles now. It is understood that the conversation has ended unresolved, leaving Sussex in a state of dismay.” times reports.
In the couple’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, when Oprah asked Meghan if she felt Archie was treated differently on issues including his surname due to his race, Meghan replied, “In those months I was pregnant, around the same time, so we [had] Conversation that he will not be given security, he will not receive a title. And also, concerns and conversations about how dark his skin will be when he was born.”
Two accused of assault (Andrew Heckler)
Two men, both aged 34, have been charged with assaulting a man who upset Prince Andrew as he walked behind Queen Elizabeth’s coffin in Edinburgh last month. The National Reports.
While the 22-year-old auditor was charged with breaching the peace, the two men were charged with alleged assault in the aftermath – a video of the moment showed the clips being dragged across the floor as the procession along Royal Road continued Mile to St Giles’ Cathedral.
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Two 34-year-old men have been arrested and charged in connection with assault following an incident on the Royal Mile around 2.50pm on Monday 12 September 2022. The Financial Prosecutor.”
The security staff are so ‘terrified’ of Andrew that they let intruders in
The security staff at Windsor were so frightened of Prince Andrew’s mood that they let a woman pretending to be his fiancée into the grounds of the Royal Lodge without checking on him, according to Mirror.
The accident happened last November. The woman claimed she had a dinner date with Andrew, and was allowed in despite not having an ID. She wandered for 40 minutes until she walked into the Royal Lodge itself before “arousing suspicion” and was arrested on suspicion of burglary and later split up under the Mental Health Act.
Protection expert Philip Grendel told Mirror That Andrew “is in great pain and if you’ve worked with him before, that’s an unpleasant character.”
“Security was terrified of him asking ‘Will anybody show up?'” Grendel told the newspaper. Not wanting to bother him, no one asked and assumed he should have a date and let her in. Security was afraid of his question.”
This week in royal history
A year ago today, the Queen helped plant a tree with then-Prince Charles, to promote a campaign urging people across the UK to plant a tree before the Platinum Jubilee.
Did Liz Truss order King Charles not to attend Cop27—and Charles agreed—meaning that Charles was fully committed to his previously stated word that, as King, he would be silent on all issues he once held dear? Or will you demand occasion that at some point he says what he thinks?
