The Bms and Fan Midway Fan Zone offers plenty of fun for the guests; The foodie district of Food City buzzes with entertainment

Guests attending the Pro Shops Night Bass Race Weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway, September 15-17, will find an abundance of entertainment options in the BMS Fan Zone, located on BMS Entrance 1 (North) near the iconic Bristol Tower and It’s Bristol child set up. The BMS Fan Midway, located at the bottom of the hill behind the front track extension, has a variety of sponsor shows and activities.

The BMS Fan Zone features a diverse list of shows, activities, and attractions, including the return of BMS Freestyle bikes, Ax Throwing Station, Extreme Globe of Death motorcycle action, mechanical bull, NASCAR racing simulator, mobile games trailer, rock climbing tower, BMS Kid Zone and Food City Theater The very popular Fan Zone.

One of the main attractions at the BMS Fan Zone is the Food City Fan Zone Stage, hosted by Josh Mancuso, with Trackside Live on Saturday with hosts Jose Castillo and Alex Weaver. The Food City Fan Zone offers guests a variety of music, drivers, celebrities, games, SCC live auctions, driver Q&A chats, prizes and lots of fun.

Drivers set to appear at the Food City Fan Zone’s stand include Cup Series drivers Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Corey LaJoie, William Byron, Erik Jones, Chris Buescher, Ty Dillon, Cole Custer and Justin Haley. Several stars of the Xfinity series will also appear, including Justin Allgaier, Noah Gragson, Sam Mayer, Josh Berry, Jeb Burton, Chad Finchum and Bayley Currey. Camping World Truck Series drivers slated to appear on stage include Hailey Deegan, Grant Infinger, Matt DeBendetto, Chase Purdy, Tyler Ankrum, John Hunter Nemisch, Jack Wood and Tanner Gray.

Additional Food City Fan Zone activities will be Friday night’s return for an amazing foam party. First held at BMS in 2019, Foam Party thrilled guests by letting them celebrate with gallons and gallons of glow-in-the-dark foam with Justin Danger Nonley, celebrity TikTok influencer and Appalachian Highlands music mixer, DJ Stacy. Before the foam party on Friday, country musician Tim Dugger will play the after-race party. On Thursday night, the post-race concert will feature Spank! A concert band from the 80’s.

Among the popular attractions at the BMS Fan Zone is the runaway mechanical bull, which will be available for guests to ride Thursday through Saturday. The BMX Freestyle team will show off their daring skills in a pair of performances all day long. The amazing Globe of Death will thrill guests as riders perform acrobatics inside an oval steel cage with two shows each weekend, as well as the new Extreme Trampoline programme. Guests can steer their indoor lumberjack at Ax Throwing Station and hop inside the state-of-the-art racing simulator to test their racing driving skills.

There will be lots of fun things for kids to do on the track in the BMS Kids Zone. There will be a game of Inflatables, a euro bungie, a challenging rock wall, a game of Cornhole and coloring stations. To up the fun level, BMS’s lovable and mischievous raccoon mascots, Bump and Run, are set to appear on Friday and Saturday.

BMS Fan Midway, located in a large plaza directly between the Oval and Bristol Dragway, will feature a display of major Bristol Motor Speedway sponsors and partners, many of whom will be fan-activated. These featured sponsors include Anheuser-Busch, Bass Pro Shops, Bush’s Beans, Ambetter, Chevrolet, Coca-Cola, GEICO, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol and UNOH. A “Race To Build” event will also take place at the Appalachian Service Project, and Nebraska State University and Iowa State will compete to build two homes over the weekend. BMS Fan Midway will also have an ax throwing station and a mechanical bull.

Work begins on the track with Zane Smith, John Hunter Nemechek, Ben Rhodes and defending winner Chandler Smith fighting for a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory Thursday night at the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics (September 15, 9 p.m., FS1, MRN Radio). The rising stars of the ARCA Menards series will also face the half-mile bullring at Bush’s Beans 200 as part of a double header Thursday night (September 15, 6:30 p.m., FS1, MRN Radio).
